Third-Party Systems and Services Agreement

At Multiverse Media Group, Inc. (“MVMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver the best services for your needs. To make that possible, we often use third-party platforms, tools, and technologies like hosting providers, plugins, and software. These solutions help us save you time and money while providing access to advanced features that might otherwise be costly or even impossible to get.
1. Use of Third-Party Providers
To provide efficient, cost-effective services, we may use or recommend third-party systems, such as:
- Hosting services (e.g., Kinsta, Cloudways, WP Engine).
- Open-source software (e.g., WordPress and WordPress plugins).
- Internal software, solutions, or systems, even if white-labeled, such as support ticketing systems or billing platforms.
- Other integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, CRM platforms, embedded forms, or email marketing tools).
When we incorporate these solutions, our goal is always to simplify the process and deliver more value to our customers. However, it’s important to note that:
- We do not own, operate, or control any third-party systems or platforms.
- We cannot guarantee the performance, security, or availability of these systems.
- We are not responsible for the policies, terms, or service agreements of these providers.
2. Your Responsibility
By working with us, you agree to the following:
- You understand that third-party systems are not owned or managed by MVMG.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policies and terms of any third-party providers we use or recommend.
- If you do not agree to a third party’s terms or policies, it is your responsibility to let us know immediately and before using their services or solutions.
- Even if we do not explicitly inform you about the involvement of a third-party system, or if you cannot recall or we have no record of informing you, any use of such third-party systems is not and will not be our liability.
3. No Liability for Third Parties
We want to be transparent: while we carefully choose trusted providers to support your needs, we are 100% not accountable for any issues, failures, or disputes related to third-party systems.
These systems and tools are offered as part of our effort to simplify services, save you time, and provide cost-effective access to advanced features and services. Because these platforms are not under our control, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Downtime, bugs, or errors in third-party platforms.
- Changes in their features, terms, or pricing.
- Any disruptions, data loss, or performance issues they may experience.
By agreeing to work with us, you accept that third-party systems are outside of our control and liability. Your use of these systems may also subject you to their own terms and conditions, so please review those carefully.
4. How We Help
Whenever possible, we will do our best to:
- Inform you when a third-party system is being used, if it’s not already obvious.
- Recommend reliable platforms to meet your needs.
- Assist with integration and troubleshooting when it aligns with our scope of services.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee the outcome or performance of third-party systems.
