When you invest in a website it should be based on the likelihood that the site will contribute to your overall success. We’re digital growth experts that do a lot more than just build websites. Our goal is to build you a site that will perform. Think about the bigger picture, and how your website can be used to get you there. A simple site with amazing content is probably more valuable than a feature-rich technically amazing site with weak direction and no strategy. The best thing you can do is start a conversation with us. There are affordable options at every level. We can help you find the right balance between ongoing and upfront investment to meet your budget.
Fixed Pricing: Some companies charge $7,000 once for a website, while others charge $900 once.
Recurring Pricing: Some companies charge $1000 a month while others charge $30 per month.
Considering that some websites are worth millions and others are worth nothing, or even lose money, it should come as no surprise that people invest in websites at every level. We can promise you one thing: none of these website businesses are designed to fail. They will all (hopefully), get enough money to pay themselves and their employees and stay in business. We could probably beat any given price on the internet. Do you want the $30/month service? MAYBE. But there is a difference in what you PAY and what it COSTS your business. Just talk to us, we will give you our best advice, and you can take that advice and do what you want. That’s our reason for not automating our website sales process with a fixed pricing model (even though that is easier).
Yes, we do build eCommerce websites in WordPress using WooCommerce. We also build Multisites, Multilocation websites, LMS websites, Event Sites, Microsites, Landing Pages, and a lot more. We have a lot of experience filling those sites with unique content and promoting them as well, so this is very helpful to us as developers since this gives us an advantage over other developers. You don’t need to remind us of SEO, conversion rate optimization, bulk coupon features, multilocation maps, or advanced sales funnels or opt-ins. We know where to put the CTA, how to integrate tracking, and what a good “Lead Magnet” looks like.
Yes, we build websites for Franchisors that allow them to have full control over their franchisee sites or sub-sites. We have years of experience doing this special type of website project. From the Information Architecture, Content Marketing, and the ongoing maintenance and hosting of large international franchise sites, you’ll be in very competent hands when working with us for your new, aspiring, or existing franchise. Just let us know what you need, and we can probably help you.
Typically 3-6 weeks. Some sites take months and others days or weeks. An online learning platform website or e-commerce website or a multi-location website or multisite might be on the longer side. A business startup without logos or brand guides or really much insight into the best user experience should probably take a little more time to think about the way their users interact with the site, and there could be some additional time needed to create content and special features. At the same time, a company that just needs a place to share their information, can work with existing content, and wants their site live yesterday, can most likely get away with doing less upfront and adding more pages after the launch date. It’s really flexible, and when possible your website build should not be rushed. Also, websites are never really done. It’s like a house. There’s always something you should be working on or some addition you would love to have. If you ignore either, then it will eventually fall apart, and a good plan followed by a strong foundation is absolutely essential.
Yes. SEO is a huge field that requires actual experts to do right. We happen to be highly competent SEOs who can proudly wear that title and deliver results. Our business is driven by SEO [and referrals] so SEO is near and dear to us. SEO has allowed us to scale and compete in very competitive markets. It’s the reason we’ve been around for over 10 years, and the reason we’ll be here another 300 [knock on zeros and ones]. You really need a company that understands content creation, code, copywriting, user experience, and marketing on top of the core skills required for an SEO to do the job well (such as link-building, technical optimization, website audits, site structure, anchor text, schema, semantic SEO, inverted indexes, and on and on). SEO is about making life easier for Search Engines and the End User. That means you need a balanced approach to SEO. We can help.
No. It’s really hard to outsource SEO services and not risk the health of your site. The people who work on your SEO are professionals, not factory workers from overseas. Look, we know many highly skilled SEO’s who are over a few seas. If you’re a good SEO you can and should work from wherever you are comfortable. But that should not be confused with discount SEO farms with low or no-skill workers from anywhere. If you really only have a few hundred dollars to invest in SEO, you don’t have the resources to make costly mistakes. Talk to a professional first.
Yes. Of course, not everyone can be top of page one for the most competitive keywords. Being top of page 1 means more clicks, more visitors, and possibly more conversions. That position can be worth millions, and the companies who are there know the value. So don’t expect to shake them off the tree that easily. More than likely we’ll need to grow around that tree like a vine and slowly take all the available light. But you need to be dedicated to the process, the “long-game”, and you need to trust the experts. Please don’t hire us if you are then going to tell us how to do SEO.
It depends. Your competition may be weak too, and that might make your job more affordable. The location and service you offer make a big difference. How many locations you have to optimize makes a big difference as well. Now is not the time to be lazy and go with the easiest-sounding solution. Do you know that “SEO Business” with the fixed price and “guarantee” of local SEO results in a month? Hiring them can haunt you for years. Talk to several experts, and learn about their offer. Set your budget in advance and ask, “what can you do with X” instead of “how much is SEO?” You would be well advised to at least chat with us on our site or submit a form and talk with us on your schedule. Be strategic, not impulsive.
No, because we can’t guarantee your budget, we can’t guarantee your competitors’ effort, we can’t guarantee what search engines will do next. We can’t do all the work and accept all the risks either. Want the greatest chances of success? Create an SEO Strategy, stick with it, be consistent, stay flexible, and know your KPI’s and Goals. If we know your budget, and we know your market and the competition we can normally take an educated guess as to what we can accomplish per quarter and year. We have been doing SEO for 10 years, and we are also really good at creating and optimizing the assets you need to actually rank (websites, blogs, videos, graphics, etc). So understand that we can’t make any promises or even suggest your best course of action without an audit. That’s step one: request an audit. Our clients see their data anytime, and there are no long-term contracts.
We can help with all stages of your video production. From planning, scripting, budgeting, booking crew in your area, and all that comes with producing to showing up on location with gear, talent, and crew and filming. Lastly, we can edit and create motion graphics, color grade, and mix your audio. There are many stages to production. We’ll walk you through each one and make sure you understand what is happening next and what to expect beforehand.
Video production is second nature to us after so many years and we have learned a few tricks to keep costs down. The cost of professional gear is coming down too which helps. We believe those savings should be passed on to the customer. At the same time, Video Production is an art. Artists deserve to be paid for their work. And like any asset, you can spend thousands at any stage. How much is a really incredible script worth to your company? Or a highly polished final edit that amplifies your message in the best possible light? How many people will see your video? It’s good to think about the lifetime value of the video. A simple demo vs a commercial will have two very different purposes and should be worth a different amount to you. When budgeting for videos to be used in advertising, sometimes you can do two cheaper videos and then A/B test them to determine which is worth a higher production investment. We are honest and trustworthy. We will tell you our opinion, and leave the investment decision to you.
Many of our videos are created for corporate clients – things like training videos, safety videos, and internal messages. A lot more are for Small businesses as part of their overall content marketing strategy. Videos which help with local optimization or sharing a core story or product feature are incredibly beneficial to business owners. We shoot in studio and on location across the country and help our clients produce the best quality video for their needs. Prior to the Great Pandemic, we often flew to locations to be “On Set”. Now we tend to drive or help secure top talent for your next shoot so no travel is involved, and that has the added benefit of saving you money.
We work exclusively in the continental USA, but we can provide talking head videos and commercials to clients who don’t need to be on set to anybody worldwide. Unfortunately, we only speak English, so that is a limiting factor, but we have brought on multilingual talent for Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and other languages to meet our internal client’s needs. Our main areas in the US are Northern Florida, Southern California, Atlanta Georgia, Philadephia Pennsylvania, Boston Massachusetts, and Vermont (it’s not that big). But again, really great video and camera talent is everywhere so talk to us and see if we’re the right company for you.
We can push a video through the pipeline in a matter of days. Live event videos happen in real-time. Training videos and safety videos typically take 4-8 weeks, depending on the client’s schedule. Small business videos range from a few weeks to a month on average. If there is a rush to get your video online quickly, there is most likely a way to accomplish that. We are not against dropping back and punting to get the win for our clients. Tell us what you need and be specific if you fill out a form. The more we know the faster we can respond and deliver the production quality you require in the timeline provided.
We go a mile up and look down to evaluate your business. We think about your “digital empire”. We identify what digital assets you have working on your behalf to increase traffic and conversions. How does your digital empire compare to your competitors? Where are the holes and what resources do we have to patch or repair any holes in your business growth? We set up marketing automation, sales automation, lead funnels, sales funnels, ad campaigns, local and national SEO campaigns, and more. We handle social media creation and posting, social ads, online review management. We look at your offers and language and how you present your message and refine your sales copy and website landing pages. We discover your WHY and share it through mediums like video. We help create brand guides and competitor dossiers. We help build your website features and functionality so you can stay competitive. We help you track visitors all the way to the sale. We consult with you one-on-one and work with you and your team to drive measurable KPIs and trackable ROI.
Marketing results will be available immediately after we are done onboarding. We will create reports based on our agreed-upon strategy, and provide you and your internal marketing team with access to the data across campaigns. If you use our marketing automation platform (Sharpspring is what we currently offer our clients), we will also set that up to report results from email campaigns and show you the user journey. So you will see quickly where we are and how close we are to meeting or beating our quarterly KPIs and sales goals. It is important that we take the time to set you up for success, so normally the first month is all strategy, the second month is all about setup and integration and the results can be measured from there. If you need some immediate wins, we can also shoot from the hip and run campaigns based on the information at hand while we continue to get prepared for a more professional approach to your business growth.
No. It is incredibly helpful to have a few people on staff who are able to get involved. One person should be the designated point of contact for us, and everyone who works with us from your business should have a time-commitment set in our agreement on how much we can expect from you each month or week regarding people-power. So while it is not required to have a marketing director when you engage with us, it helps because often the business owner isn’t a marketer, doesn’t know the language, and doesn’t have time to decipher the results or help with our shared commitment to your marketing success. We can serve as the all-in-one marketing team, but at a minimum, we need a commitment from leadership to quickly review/approve our work, and to trust our strategy. We also require a consistent reliable marketing budget. The amount of that budget is less important than having resources available reliably.
Our average client invests $5,000-$15,000 a month on their digital marketing. There are some smaller businesses and solopreneurs we serve who invest less than $2,000 per month but have made considerable time commitments to us to support our work. With your investment, we will often dedicate set resources to various aspects of your strategy. This could mean resources go to content marketing, automation, various types of advertising (display, video, social, search), website optimization, search engine optimization, conversion optimization, reputation management, graphics, videos, and so forth. Deliverables vary based on the client and the strategy, as does the frequency of deliverables. It’s good to know the lifetime value of a customer for your business, and the budget you have for at least 1 year. WIth that information, we can get a pretty good idea of what we can do for you. Again, we don’t BS and we don’t play poker with our clients. If you don’t like the idea of being transparent and working with us as long-term partners we might not be a good fit for you.
Yes! Right now we want to work with more small businesses and non-profit organizations to help them get more leads sales and donations. It’s important to us, and so we go out of our way to do what we can to help. We offer free consultations to non-profits and we will actively look at ways to reduce costs and investment and increase ROI for all of our clients. Small business marketing is a challenge when these small businesses are going against well-established businesses, so we often do things like break even on our marketing automation platform to get them the tech stack they need to compete, and also run on the thinnest possible margins – including putting you to work when it saves some money. The most important thing is to move the needle and turn the dial. Note: we don’t promise discounts or special pricing for anyone, and will quickly turn down potential work if we don’t jive or get along well. Clear and responsive communication is essential to your campaign so please take time to introduce your business or non-profit. The more details you provide when you fill out the contact form, the quicker we can respond with useful information.
If we didn’t provide your answer simply click the chat icon in the corner and ask your question or email through the contact us form. If you want to skip the line, complete the form below and we’ll discuss your project.
